Traci R. Holman

Traci's personality, precision and professional demeanor effectively contribute to Baker Katz's success. With the firm since its inception in 2004, Traci is known for her outstanding ability to negotiate deals, facilitate purchases, and serve as liaison between landlords and retailers. Her clients benefit from her years of experience and strong collaborative skills. Traci has successfully played an integral role in the execution of more than 250 client transactions during her tenure with the firm.

Prior to joining the Baker Katz team, Traci worked with Jason and Kenneth at Wulfe & Co. Since attending King College in Bristol, TN, where she played on the college basketball team, Traci has received her Texas Real Estate license.

Traci is an active member of the Cypress-Fairbanks High School Booster Club and ICSC, where she served as past co-chair of the Houston Chapter. Traci also regularly attends ICSC events in Las Vegas and San Antonio. Outside of the office, Traci enjoys spending time with her two boys and attending their various sports functions. Baker Katz relies upon Traci's exceptional abilities, for she truly is an individual in which her clients and counterparts can wholly depend upon.
