Jamie Weaver

Jamie Weaver has an extensive background in retail real estate and is driven to add value to every deal he completes. His humbled confidence and attention to detail are wholly visible in all aspects of his work.

As part of the Baker Katz team, Jamie's specialties include tenant representation and project leasing. Prior to joining Baker Katz, Jamie served as director of development for TRT Holdings, Inc., a privately owned, diversified holding company, where he completed more than 220,000 square feet of retail development and was responsible for all aspects of the development process from site acquisition to project disposition. From there, he became director of real estate for Gold's Gym International, Inc., a TRT portfolio company, where he managed the corporate real estate portfolio of 62 locations totaling 2 million square feet. Before TRT, Jamie was an associate with Cypress Equities, the acquisition and development arm of Staubach Retail.

Born and raised in Houston, Jamie graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas. Outside the office, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, hunting, and playing golf.
